One of the quickest and easiest ways to lift the brow bone and open up your eyes is to use a smudge of highlighter or even concealer blended just under the arch of your brow.

Use a thin, flat brush to apply concealer along the base of your eyebrow to help emphasise your brow bone. To make your eyes pop and define your arch even more, buff a small amount of highlighter just under your arch.
